Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however, this may not be possible on Bank Holidays and Peak Dates such as Christmas / Black Friday etc.
In the unlikely event that a parcel is not delivered, we are unable to take any action until 20 days after the scheduled delivery date has passed.
Unable to Deliver
Our courier companies will attempt to re-deliver according to their policy. If the package cannot be delivered for any reason (no one home, incorrect delivery address, etc.), the package will then be sent back to Club Seven. Only once we receive the items back at Club Seven, will we then contact you to arrange re-delivery - please note we do not offer refunds in this instance, we re-arrange delivery.

Was very sad to see AC Trophy Boy line go away and wanted something very similar in design with fun colors. Glad I have these as an option now along with one other brand I like. The pouch could be a little larger but other than that very comfortable. Keep making more color options to keep the inventory fresh and fun and I’ll order again.

Gone Modal and happy Very pleased with my new 'bundle'. Previously I've had the bamboo briefs which are great. The modal briefs are also beautifully soft and comfortable with a generous pouch that cossets your cock and balls and gives you a fine profile: three strong colour in the bundle. Highly recommended.
