If any import duty, VAT, Handling Fees or any additional tax is applicable due to the destination country or the value of the order, these can't be prepaid and would need to be paid by the receiver to the local authority in the destination country.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however, this may not be possible on Bank Holidays and Peak Dates such as Christmas / Black Friday etc.
In the unlikely event that a parcel is not delivered, we are unable to take any action until 20 days after the scheduled delivery date has passed.
Unable to Deliver
Our courier companies will attempt to re-deliver according to their policy. If the package cannot be delivered for any reason (no one home, incorrect delivery address, etc.), the package will then be sent back to Club Seven. Only once we receive the items back at Club Seven, will we then contact you to arrange re-delivery - please note we do not offer refunds in this instance, we re-arrange delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Club Seven guarantees that you will be satisfied with all of the products we offer. We want you to be completely happy with anything you buy from us. We even let you think about it for up to 30 days. If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached for a store credit or refund.
