Because here's the thing about Club Seven: we don't just have customers. We have fellow quality underwear lovers. People who don't just wear our underwear but feel something when they do. And every now and then, one of those underwear lovers stops us in our tracks.

This is a story about that.

The Scroll That Stopped Us

It started, as so many great stories do, with a scroll through social media. There, amidst the endless feed of content, we discovered him: a genuine lover. Not an influencer. Not a model. Just a guy who loved our underwear so much he couldn’t stop posting about it.

Week after week, he shared photos wearing Club Seven. Not because anyone paid him. Not for a free product. Simply because he felt good in what he wore, and he wanted the world to know.

We were moved. Here was someone who believed in what we create, not as a transaction, but as an expression of who he is. In a world of fleeting trends and paid partnerships, his authenticity stopped us mid-scroll.

So we reached out with an offer that felt as daring as his feed: we asked him to join us for a day in the studios with other models to shoot some new designs.

What happened next exceeded every expectation.

Walking into a professional studio for the first time is intimidating for anyone. Walking in as someone who’s never done underwear modelling before with other seasoned underwear models and Alex Gede himself is another level. That takes courage. But from the moment he arrived, something shifted.

Our creative team welcomed him not as a talent booking, but as family. Alex Gede and the photographer allowed him to be himself while giving gentle directions. Genuine excitement to finally meet the man behind the posts. The studio, with its lights and cameras and carefully styled sets, became less of a stage and more of a playground.

And when he stepped in front of the lens? Magic.

In His Own Words

After the shoot, we asked him to describe the experience. His answer was the best thing ever:

“I felt cared-for. The experience was fun, daring, empowering, sexy, and life-changing.”

Fun, yes—there was laughter between takes. Daring—absolutely, stepping into vulnerability always is. Empowering—watching him discover angles and expressions he never knew he had. Sexy—because confidence is the most attractive thing a person can wear.

But “life changing”?

That word lingers with us. Not because we set out to change anyone’s life. Because in showing up for someone who had shown up for us, we created a moment that mattered.

We took it even further

We sent him a link to our site. He was confused but clicked it anyway. He could not believe he was on our homepage as the face of our Valentine campaign.

What This Means to Us

At Club Seven, our customers aren’t transactions. They’re not data points or conversion rates. They’re people who choose us—who trust us to be part of their most personal moments. Underwear selfies. First dates. Anniversaries. Mornings when they need to feel comfortable and sexy. Evenings when they need to feel soft.

This campaign reminded us of something we’ve always believed but rarely say out loud: We don’t have customers. We have a club of underwear lovers.
