Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however, this may not be possible on Bank Holidays and Peak Dates such as Christmas / Black Friday etc.
In the unlikely event that a parcel is not delivered, we are unable to take any action until 20 days after the scheduled delivery date has passed.
Unable to Deliver
Our courier companies will attempt to re-deliver by their policy. If the package cannot be delivered for any reason (no one home, incorrect delivery address etc), the package will then be sent back to Club Seven. Only once we receive the items back at Club Seven, will we then contact you to arrange re-delivery - please note we do not offer refunds in this instance, we re-arrange delivery.
