Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however, this may not be possible on Bank Holidays and Peak Dates such as Christmas / Black Friday etc.
In the unlikely event that a parcel is not delivered, we are unable to take any action until 20 days after the scheduled delivery date has passed.
Unable to Deliver
Our courier companies will attempt to re-deliver according to their policy. If the package cannot be delivered for any reason (no one home, incorrect delivery address, etc.), the package will then be sent back to Club Seven. Only once we receive the items back at Club Seven, will we then contact you to arrange re-delivery - please note we do not offer refunds in this instance, we re-arrange delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Club Seven guarantees that you will be satisfied with all of the products we offer. We want you to be completely happy with anything you buy from us. We even let you think about it for up to 30 days. If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached for a store credit or refund.

After some trouble on line with ordering with ‘Shop’ the Club 7 team were great with helping with the order. Arrived quickly I got a jock strap version for my husband The feel very comfortable and have room at the front for the boys !!

Rainbow Pride Navy Tanga Briefs This was my first time trying a tanga brief style, and I’m honestly impressed. They offer a really nice middle ground between a classic brief and something a bit more daring and sexy. What stood out most was the comfort. The fit around the waist and rear is spot on, hugging the body really nicely.
