Returns & Exchanges
Club Seven guarantees that you will be satisfied with all of the products we offer. We want you to be completely happy with anything you buy from us. We even let you think about it for up to 30 days. If, for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached for an exchange or refund.

When returning your order, be sure to include your order number or a copy of your original packing slip and indicate if you would like a refund or would prefer an exchange. When requesting an exchange, please provide the style, size and colour of the new item you wish to receive.
If you do not have your invoice copy, please be sure to indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper.
Clearance items and final sale items are not returnable or returnable for exchange only, please see item page for details. Additionally, certain in-demand styles are returnable for store credit only. We do not accept returns on items that are in unsatisfactory condition, are missing original tags, or have been washed. International Jock actively monitors account activity for unusual order, payment or returns behaviour. We reserve the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts in these circumstances.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your parcel. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Strictly no refunds or exchanges are offered on any non-faulty items, due to hygiene and health and safety reasons. However, in the unlikely event that the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or if they are not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 28 days for your exchange items to be delivered back to your shipping address.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please Note: We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
