Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however, this may not be possible on Bank Holidays and Peak Dates such as Christmas / Black Friday etc.
In the unlikely event that a parcel is not delivered, we are unable to take any action until 20 days after the scheduled delivery date has passed.
Unable to Deliver
Our courier companies will attempt to re-deliver according to their policy. If the package cannot be delivered for any reason (no one home, incorrect delivery address, etc.), the package will then be sent back to Club Seven. Only once we receive the items back at Club Seven, will we then contact you to arrange re-delivery - please note we do not offer refunds in this instance, we re-arrange delivery.

If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached for a store credit or refund.

The fabric on these is absolutely incredible. Super soft and comfortable. You can't even tell that you are wearing them! The thong strap isn't too wide either so again, can't tell its there. The pouch size is just perfect. I've been looking for something that can hold my package without the gap and constant adjusting and these do it. Will definitely be getting more.
I love your thongs, they are super comfy. I wish you would make them without the huge pouch tho. I don’t need the space lol and they look a bit silly. If you could make some thongs with same front as the snow flake briefs that would be amazing. Also thongs in the snow flake design would be hot! Xx

Not generally a green underwear guy but the color is very nice and subtle. The thong speaks for itself, comfortable and well designed but someone who gets it. Pouch with room, strap that doesn’t dig but yet holds things together, and supple materials. Ideal thong in a worthwhile color.

Great I would say this is definitely the most comfortable thong I have ever worn. It’s true to size, I ordered a large and I would say it’s bang on. If you’re new to thongs then this is the one to start with, and if you have had them a while then this is the upgrade you’re looking for.
A new thong life These are the most comfortable underwear ever, I initially bought some thongs to have a laugh with the wife but quickly realised these are much more comfortable than any boxers and I have converted to wearing thongs most of the time other than for example at the gym when I'll wear the legacy trunks. Last note is that these new colours are true to size so no need to size up/down.
