Parcels to Europe are subject to customs and duty fees. However, these charges are included in the pricing and we pay it for you. You will not pay anything extra on your end.

We mainly use Royal Mail and their international partners. Occasionally, we may use other couriers if required.

Please use our size chart and chat with us if you're still not sure before placing your order. If you ordered the wrong size, keep the one you tried. We'll send you a different size for free. If you ordered more than one item, please do not try all of them. Send back the rest of the order for a free exchange.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn merchandise with all tags attached. You can choose to exchange or get a refund. Please include your order number or packing slip when returning. Clearance items and final sale items are not returnable. Damaged or faulty items can be exchanged or refunded. Refunds are processed on the original payment method. Delivery and handling costs are not refundable.
