Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however, this may not be possible on Bank Holidays and Peak Dates such as Christmas / Black Friday etc.
In the unlikely event that a parcel is not delivered, we are unable to take any action until 20 days after the scheduled delivery date has passed.
Unable to Deliver
Our courier companies will attempt to re-deliver according to their policy. If the package cannot be delivered for any reason (no one home, incorrect delivery address, etc.), the package will then be sent back to Club Seven. Only once we receive the items back at Club Seven, will we then contact you to arrange re-delivery - please note we do not offer refunds in this instance, we re-arrange delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Club Seven guarantees that you will be satisfied with all of the products we offer. We want you to be completely happy with anything you buy from us. We even let you think about it for up to 30 days. If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached for a store credit or refund.

Delivery Timescale based on Zones
We have a specialised fulfilment company that handles our shipping. Shipping goes out every day at 9am, 12noon and 2pm London time excluding Sundays and national holidays. Any orders made after 2pm will be shipped out the next day.

Nice bright colored version of my new favorite thong. Soft material, generous pouch, and full-on all-day comfort. Couldn’t ask for a more almost custom tailored pair for myself.
First attempt with Club Seven, I saw the brand recommended by someone online so thought I’d give them a try. International shipping took a bit while in transit but worth the wait. These might be my new favorite out of my 90+ thongs and 200+ briefs and boxers. Daily thong wearer and underwear snob; these check all of the boxes for me, great waistband, roomy pouch, soft materials including the perfectly sized backstrap, which for me means zero adjustments and all day comfort and relaxed package with no bunching up in the wrong places. Plus great color options.
I can honestly say with what I get from club seven is probably one of the best underwear. I love the material. I love that is very stretchy and the verge is very big which suits my personality as well. Love it. I recommend anyone to get it.

Super comfortable
The band is a little too tight around my hips in size L and I am in the upper limit of the sizing at 38". I have returned these for an XL which are much better. Love the legacy pouch it's so soft and comfortable. First time trying a thong after decades of wearing boxers and I am instantly converted, no more annoying material bunching up in my groin and around my glutes!

Quite simply these are the best thong pants I have ever worn. Super comfy and well made and designed. Within a couple of minutes you don't think you are wearing them. They hold your package well.
