Club Seven VIP Club: Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your membership in the Club Seven VIP Club (the "Club") operated by **[Company Name]** ("we," "us," or "our"). By accepting your invitation to join or using your VIP code, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Eligibility
1.1. Membership in the Club Seven VIP Club is by invitation only.
1.2. Invitations are generated automatically once a customer’s online account reaches a total lifetime spend of £300 (three hundred pounds). This total is calculated based on the historical value of all confirmed and completed orders placed on the account.
1.3. Invitations are non-transferable and are extended solely to the email address associated with the qualifying account.
1.4. We reserve the right to withhold invitations at our sole discretion, regardless of spend, in cases of suspected fraud or violation of our general website terms of use.

2. The VIP Discount Code
2.1. The exclusive VIP discount code is VIPCLUB.
2.2. The code entitles the member to a 20% (twenty per cent) discount on the pre-tax and pre-shipping value of eligible items purchased online.
2.3. Login Requirement: The VIPCLUB code is only valid when the member is logged into the specific online account that has been upgraded to VIP. Orders placed while logged out, or on guest checkouts, will not accept the code.
2.4. The discount is valid for the lifetime of the member's account, provided the account remains in good standing, and these Terms are adhered to. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifespan of the customer’s relationship with the company and the company itself.

3. Usage Restrictions
3.1. The 20% discount can only be used with selected product discounts and will not apply to clearance items unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.2. The code may not apply to all products. Exclusions may apply to:
- Gift vouchers and e-gift cards.
- Items already reduced in a clearance or final sale section.
3.3. The VIPCLUB code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another person or account.

4. Account Security and Modification
